- Les Sablettes is the second label from Doisy-Vedrines one of our favorite Sauternes/Barsac producers. The 2001 is best described as a fruit bomb-styled Sauternes revealing aromas of smoky oak with orange/apricot marmalade notes. This is DRINK NOW Sauternes!
