Production Area This estate-bottled, single-vineyard Riesling is produced from grapes grown in the famed Wehlener Sonnenuhr vineyard in Germany's Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region. Vinification Select grapes were hand-harvested in late October and, following de-stemming and six hours of skin contact, fermented for nine weeks in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine was bottled under natural cork Color Bright gold Bouquet Fresh and pleasantly fruity Taste Flavors of lemon and peach against a mineral backdrop Serving Suggestions Well-matched with salads, seafood and light veal dishes
