The deep, complex aromas draw you in with their opulence. This wine rewards the palate with everything the nose promises. The exceptionally small bubbles bring forth full bodied flavors with accents of light green apple and fresh yeast. The Brut is so well balanced and elegant that it would grace any occasion be it white linen and caviar or an aperitif for special friends and family.

The 1997 Blanc de Noirs is a classic champagne with a seamless balance of fruit and acid. A mouthful of luscious blackberry and cassis have been woven into a wine of uncommon richness, toastiness and creaminess. The very full and rounded palate displays a lovely complex character derived from 42 months in contact with the autolyzing yeast. The finish is long, complete and satisfying. This Blanc de Noirs' rich youthful flavors, beautiful color and shower of pinpoint bubbles will charm any palate.
