S.a. Prum Essence Riesling 2012

Member Review by Shin Yagisawa:

It"s got a typical Riesling acidity, wish had more fruity aroma, but contains a good balance of alcohol...

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Sweet-tart and gentle as a lemon bar, this is an easy riesling with just enough acidity to give it shape.

Off-dry, with straightforward peach and spiced apple flavors, featuring some honeydew melon notes on the finish. Drink now.

Smoke and crushed mineral notes, along with a lean, herbal tone, make this off-dry Riesling especially elegant and savory in style. Lime zest and lemon flavors fill the mouth with vital energy. It finishes moderately long, on a juicy tangerine note.
