Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Classic bordeaux blend with Australian power. Plum, current, cedar and pepper on the nose. Leather, spice and chewy ... great wine ... and for the price. This is an awesome wine.

Winemaker's Notes:

This wine has a depth of flavours, which seamlessly continue from the nose to the palate. Ripe berry fruits including mulberry, hints of aniseed and pepper are integrated with the subtle French oak characters. A concentrated mid-palate with good persistency and lovely mouth feel.
