- This Cabernet has a beautiful brick red color. Intense aromas of ripe black berries, cassis, pencil shavings, cedar and earth and intermingle on the nose. On the palate, flavors of green pepper and ripe black berries are well balanced by firm tannins. A nice long finish, the perfect food wine.
