Running With Scissors is an economy wine brand produced in Livermore, California. The wines are mainly single varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Petite Syrah, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, usually priced below $10. Their motto is “Classic wine with an incredible edge.” The cheeky label depicts an ancient “seal” with a classical Greek marathon runner holding a pair of scissors.
Again a simple drinking Cabernet. Scissors is a very easy to recommend winery that is affordable and available to everyone.
I was happy with the previous vintage and this year did not disappoint at all. Good strong red that does not over power the palate.
if you like edgy-lite, a good wine.
Easy to drink, distinct but not over the top cab. Really enjoyed and looking for more!
Excellent wine - compares with wines at a much higher cost. Nice deep oakey taste. I am a new fan!
