Running With Scissors Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

Member Review by jamessulis:

Bought this last week. This one needs time to breathe, or decant. Nice cassis flavor, mild tannins, taste a bit of cranberry on the finish at the upper palate. Finish was extremely weak

Running with Scissors:
Running With Scissors is an economy wine brand produced in Livermore, California. The wines are mainly single varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Petite Syrah, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, usually priced below $10. Their motto is “Classic wine with an incredible edge.” The cheeky label depicts an ancient “seal” with a classical Greek marathon runner holding a pair of scissors.
