Tasting Notes:

Color: Ruby red Aroma: The bouquet is elegant, fragrant, and inviting. The ample fruity notes, typical for Sangiovese intertwine with a gentle spicy touch deriving from the Merlot. The aging in oak ads complexity and length to the aroma with delicious hints of walnuts, tobacco and cassis. Tasting profile: The taste is refreshingly fruity and harmonious, making IL DUCALE the perfect wine for accompanying tasty Italian dishes. Medium-bodied, with mellow tannins and a nice balance between fruit and acidity, the taste of IL DUCALE is long-lingering and characterized by hints of blue berries, raspberries, and cocoa.
