Ruffino Fonte Al Sole 2011
“Aroma: intense and vinous with pleasant fruity notes, in particular of cherry and red berries, well integrated with the lightly spicy hints from the oak creating a truly inviting impact on the nose…..Good Structure; very harmonic. The typical fruity notes from the Sangiovese are underlined by the softness of the Merlot. The aftertaste is velvety and fruity, very well in line with the bouquet.”- Winemaker

Rather light yet good. A simple red, with plenty of cherry character. Serve slightly chilled. Drink now.

Light and crisp in body, this wine shows cherry and strawberry in a fresh, clean style. A slight hint of Tuscan leather in the finish.
