- Bright golden color; aromatic nose of carnation and white flowers. Medium to full bodied; grippy wine with structure, good acidity level and quite dry. Persistent finish of green apples and lime flavors. An ideal wine to enjoy with crustaceans but also with fish in sauces or poultry in a creamy sauce. Best if drunk within the next 2 years.
