June 2007
- Viscous, rich and still elegant on the palate. This white wine has beautiful aromas of quince, pear and apples. Fresh, with gorgeous texture and length. Mineral on the finish. Medium-bodied and dry.
- January 2008
- very refreshing and crisp. enjoyable alone or with some earthy cheese
- February 2008
- This is an interesting wine, not very aromatic, gotta dig into it to find the richness. Might go well with the musky cheeses, or light pasta and shrimp.

April 2008
- Bright gold, green tinge. Complex nose of citrus (lime and grapefruit), melon, and apples - some vanilla too. Concentrated rich palate packed with zingy tropical flavours - a real fruit salad with some floral notes in the middle. Good weight / balance of wood and fruit. Lovely long finish. FOOD PAIRING Serve with seafood paella, shrimp, scallops, sushi or sashimi (lighter fish), prosciutto with melon, spring rolls, curry chicken with rice, schnitzel or veal scallopini.
- February 2008
- Pale and lemon color, with a clean, medium intensity green fruit nose. The palate is slightly metallic, of apples with a medium body and a full medium to long finish.
