St Tamas’s hallmark is one of voluptuous apricot and plum jam intermingled with tobacco and a touch of chocolate leading to a long and delicate finish. Its 12 hectares face south, south west and south east and are one of the core vineyards in the Mad commune. St Tamas and Nyulaszo are two of the most well established vineyards that were classified by Prince Rakoczi in 1700. St Tamas will soon be available in 25cl bottles.
