Roux Pére et Fils and its special selection under the Régis de Valliére label are made by the Roux Family. The family has lived int he village of St. Aubin, in the Côte d'Or, for 400 years. Today, they produce a variety of excellent wines fromtheir own vineyards and from those of high-quality growers throughout Burgundy.
Volnay is one of our favorite communes of the Côte d’Or. It is filled with dedicated growers, whose wines have rarely disappointed us. The soil is lighter than neighboring Pommard, yielding more delicate wines full of fragrance and fruit.
