Rouchefer Domaine Mosse 2003

External Review by Astor Wines & Spirits:

This 100% Chenin Blanc comes from a completely Natural winery in Anjou, run by a husband-and-wife winemaking team. The wine has an amazing viscosity that will just coat your mouth with delicious flavors of peach, quince, and yellow apple. As if it didn't already have enough going on flavor-wise, this pairs amazingly well with rich, complex dishes.

Château Mossé:
In the heart of a small village of 80 people, a former stronghold of the Templars in the eleventh century, the Château Mossé was created in 1884 in the heart of Aspres in Pyrénées-Orientales, the great grand father the current owner Jacques Mossé. Very low yields that allow the breakdown of aromas. Small cuvées followed to the smallest detail. Our wines come from a friendly agriculture. Its environment in the framework of a rational.
