2002 was an excellent vintage marked by wonderful concentration. The reserva is a always a more traditionally style Priorat aged in older barrels. 50% Garnacha, 25% Carignan and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes -Beautiful crimson color. Aromas of Catalan garrigue (wild mountain herbs) framed by dark cherry fruit. Sweet palate with complex mineral and fruit overtones.

- This traditional Priorat, produced at a former monastery in northeastern Spain, has strong notes of chocolate, dark plums, violets, and anise. A blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a great bottle of wine from a very exciting Spanish region.
