This is a beautiful wine from the northeast region of spain. One word of caution...make sure this wine is table warm and well opened before drinking. If chilled for storage, this wine becomes almost bitter and biting. Once warmed this wine begins to open up with a velvet, balanced, fruit forward taste that goes down without complaint. It pairs beautifully with homemade Italian and cheese.
