Italy's Trentino region is home to some of the world's most celebrated sparkling wines. The unique microclimate between Lake Garda and the Italian Alps is where vineyards are planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. These noble varietals, nurtured carefully throughout the year and hand selected at harvest, are the foundation of Rotari's refined Talento sparkling wines. The search for the highest quality fruit begins in the steeply terraced vineyards (ranging 950 to 2,500 ft. above sea level) of Trentino Denomination of Controlled Origin (DOC) zone. Produced using the Talento metodo classico, each wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months. Rotari offers a full line of complex and distinctive sparklers with a fine perlage that showcases the unique aromas of the appellation. Ideal as an aperitif, these wines are also sophisticated accompaniments to international cuisine. Read less
