The Cantina Valdadige is a cooperative - set up in 1957, right in the heart of the part of the Valdadige in the province of Verona - with more than 200 partners.

- In spite of its young age and afordable price, this apparently simple "rosso" reveals fruity and spicy tones, with a slightly bitter aftertaste reminding of liquorice. Very drinkable by itself, it would be a good mtch with simple meats - chicken, pork and light veal.
