Tasting Notes: Type of wine: Rosso D.O.C. Geografic Position: 450mt. Variety: Sangiovese Grosso(Brunello) Fermentation:In steinless steel tanks under controlled temperature for a period approximatly 15/20 days. Ageing: approximatly 12 months in oak 225lt barriques. Fining: In bottle for a period of 6 months. Colour : Intense ruby red. Odour : Very fruited with intense hints of raspberry, vanilla and wild flowers. Alcohol by volume: 12,5% to 13,5 Serving temperature: Approximatly 18°. Serving Suggestion: All meats and slightly aged cheeses. Percentage Grape: 100% Sangiovese Date of Harvest: 2005 Alcohol Percentage: 13 %
