What to Expect

Syrah: One of the few grapes to really be a global success. Syrah combines a meaty core of ripe berry fruit with tones that range from herbal to peppery in a package that tends to be medium bodied with good acidity and softer tannins. With age the wines can gain lovely leathery and black olive notes that make them a great match for savory and gamy dishes.

Justice is Swift to fill your nostrils with memories of violets and plums. Justice is Strong with flavors of ripe currant and smoky bacon. Justice is Omniscient – you cannot hide from the long, lush finish of chocolate and blueberry. Come to roshambo. Taste Justice. You'll hammer the gavel and hand down the verdict, "Justice is Syrah." A great syrah from a great winery. This wine is a great value with an outstanding bouquet and taste. I really like the syrah grape as it pairs with many good ethnic foods.
