Ordered a glass of this at a nice Restaurant and had pretty high expectations. I was really enticed by a very nice pear on the nose. Unfortunately the alcohol was really coming through (and the wine was served quite cold) which made the wine quite disjointed and that was really all I could taste. It reminded me very much of absolut pear vodka, obviously lower in alcohol but really, that's how much the alcohol was coming through. A definite pass at $9 a glass.
