Rosemount Estate Shiraz Mclaren Vale 2003
I continue to have great volumes of exposure to Australian wines. Both there and here. I just tasted this wine one day ago and it is top notch in my wine diary. I agree with all the other comments/descriptions, but would add a thought on how wonderful this wine's full oak flavors. In addition, a word about how this wine presents a complex blend of berries on the nose and palette.Add winemaker's notes
Rosemount Estate's vision began in the Hunter Valley region of Australia. Though much has changed at the estate over the years, the original commitment to quality has remained pivotal to the success of the now world-famous winery that is Rosemount Estate.

Funf or Five, the new German Wine I just had this evening with a wonderful meal was most amazing. Light, sweet and crisp! A great wine to just sip anytime. I'll buy more/again! All my friends loved it
This is my favorite wine. I had it for the first time on my birthday. It is a very warm wine. Good with a nice dinner or sipping with friends on a cool evening.
External Reviews for Rosemount Estate Shiraz Mclaren Vale
A delicious aroma of warm, spicy licorice and brambly berry fruit, interwoven with savory American oak. The palate is richly textured with well-defined, ripe blackberry fruit flavors, soft and generous tannins on the mid-palate, and a long, rich finish.
A very good year for the Diamond Label Shiraz. Itrsquo;s a chunky, sturdy red with mixed plums and a ribbon of mocha or chocolate from the nose through to the finish. Not overdone, and very enjoyable.
