Food Pairings for Rosemount Estate Shiraz Diamond
2007 slightly tarte good finish
Tried at Cosaro's on March 11, 2012

The 2009 RES has a fuller body & was my favorite reliable wine for the past 2 years. I bought the 2010 RES recently because the PA State Stores sold out of the 2009.
