Food Pairings for Rosemount Estate Shiraz Diamond
A full flavored but simple wine that tastes of dark grapes and a bit of pepper, medium in body, easy to drink or even gulp. An everyday table wine for lunch or dinner. Second bottle: With lamb chops, even more richly flavored than I remember, with chocolate-blueberry-blackberry fruit in abundance, and a long, crisp finish and aftertaste. Stands up very well to the grilled lamb, and delightful alone. Got better as it opened up.
Rich with flavor!
Really good everyday table red.
