This is a little soft and low-acid but the fruit aromas and flavors are quite pleasant, with pineapple and grapefruit predominating. Therersquo;s some weight mdash; even a succulent quality mdash; to the fruit that keeps the flavor and texture lingering on the back end.

The 2000 Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a light straw color as well as a fragrant perfume of citrus, figs, and melons. Medium-bodied, clean, crisp and deliciously fruity, it will drink well for 8ndash;12 months.

Light and almost crisp, with a tight bud of pear and earthy mineral flavors that shows more charm than most Hunter Segrave;millons at this stage.

Light and appealing for its straightforward peach and herb flavors, which echo nicely on the lively finish. Drink now.
