Smooth and spicy, with a nice mouthful of bright blackberry flavors that linger on the solid finish. Drinkable now, better in 1999.
A little chewy, with anise and plum flavors that fade a bit on the finish. Best to drink from 1996.
The wine shows well defined varietal characters of blackcurrant and sweet red capsicum on the nose, with subtle smoky hints of well integrated oak. The palate shows rich, ripe berry flavours with well defined, nicely rounded tannins and a long elegant finish.
Firm in texture but appealing, with ripe currant and blueberry flavors that echo on the ripe finish. Drink now through 2002.
Medium-bodied and easy to drink, there's sweet plum fruit and oak front and center, with a bran or oak note on the follow-through. Nicely built.
Auge: Tiefes Purpurrot. Nase: Fruchtige Aromen mit Vanille- und Schokoladennoten, die sich in Gewürz- und Kaffeearomen entwickeln. Im Gaumen ist der Wein fruchtig mit schön integrierten Tanninen, einer Spur Kakao und süssen Röstaromen. Weicher Abgang.
Der Klassiker ist eine wahre Freude für jeden Cabernet Sauvignon Liebhaber. Cassis- und Zedernoten mit viel dunkler Beerenfrucht mit schönen, gut integrierten Fasstönen. Rund, frisch, konzentriert, saftig mit Tiefe. Reife Tannine gut strukturiert mit intensivem, weichem Abgang.

Farbe: Karmesinrot mit lebendigem pinkfarbenem Rand. Bouquet: frische Beerenaromen und feine rauchige Eichennoten. Körper: reiche anhaltende Cassis- und Sommerfrüchtearomen, rauchige Holznote. Der Wein besitzt viel Struktur, ist trinkbereit, wird sich aber in den nächsten 5 Jahren in der Flasche weiter entwickeln.
