Winemaker's Notes - Ruinart Ros , a fine, elegant champagne with the distinctive Ruinart taste due to a high concentration of Chardonnay grapes. A beautiful colour of pinkish gold. A smooth, balanced, fruity wine with plenty of body. An ideal evening aperitif. At table the finesse of this champagne will go wonderfully with the freshness of a delicious andalusian gaspacho.

Rich and refined, this is a pink bubbly with a serious side. It's dry, with a vinous edge to the light berry and watermelon flavors. Has fine balance, with a lingering cherry and mineral aftertaste. Drink now through 2010. BS - Wine Spectator Magazine 90 Points

An animal aroma, with wild cherry and citrus notes, marks this vinous, concentrated rosé. It has power and persistence, thus is more suited to food — think lobster in a cream sauce — than casual sipping. Drink now through 2010.

There’s lovely precision to the integration of this elegant rosé, offering a fine backbone of acidity and a light mousse. The flavors of poached pear, black cherry, fleur de sel, lemon zest and ginger are finely meshed, with a subtle vein of smoky minerality. Drink now through 2023.

A delicious Champagne full of rose petal wheat cherry and citrus notes all supported by a vivid acidity and chalky texture. An innate sense of power on a lightweight frame. Lengthy finish. Drink now through 2006. Wine Spectator.

Thereandrsquo;s a smoky undertow to this lively rosandeacute;, mixing with hints of ripe black cherry, guava, biscotti and spice. Elegant overall thanks the fine balance and detailed, creamy texture. Drink now through 2017.

From the oldest Champagne house in the world comes this elegant, well balanced sparkler. Rose petal in color, the intense nose leads to a fresh, fruity and very smooth finish.
