This Muscat forgoes sweet and rich for light, dry and crisp. It can accompany food easily with zippy acidity and a clean and classic flavor profile that tastes like summer. Nothing weird, no oak fermentation and less than 1% residual sugar. This is our answer to Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc.
