"This has a very ripe nose with black cherries and noticeable apricot and blood orange. Very lifted with good definition although not as complex as other Rol Valentins that I have tasted. Silky smooth on the entry, good acidity, succulent, very pure with black cherry, ripe oranges, cassis and plum. Great weight on the finish. Very fine. Tasted April 2008...89-91" -Neal Martin WA 04/08
