Rogers Ford Sumerduck Rose 2009

Member Review by Tom Wandeloski:

This 2009 Vidal Blanc, Viognier, and Petit Verdot blend rose wine from Virginia has an aromatic mix of strawberries and apricots. Its lightly dry on the mid-palette and has a mid-mineral finish. Pairs nicely with Asian foods. Best served at 54 degrees. Buy and enjoy now.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
