Tropical fruits on the nose of our Sauvignon Blanc are enhanced by gooseberry and dried hay aromas, and the intensity of fruit and creamy weight on the palate finishes with bright and refreshing acidity. The 15% barrel-fermented component of this wine lends further richness and makes it ideal with fresh oysters and other seafood dishes. This wine is most exciting to drink now but will harmonise and soften over the next three years.
