Rockbare Sauvignon Blanc Barossa Langhorne Creek Mclaren Vale Mojo 2010

Winemaker's Notes:

Ex Penfold winemaker Tim Burvill started his operations at Rockbare in McLaren Vale in the early 2000's. The wine under that label is all McLaren Vale sourced. The Mojo label allows Tim to source fruit from other premium South Australian regions, in this case a lively and herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills and a rich full flavoured Shiraz from Barossa.

RockBare Pty Ltd:
"When I started RockBare, my goal was to make pure and intense wines, using only varieties that are suited to growing in the cool, maritime climate of South Australia's McLaren Vale; Chardonnay, Shiraz and Grenache. These wine varieties are my passion, and McLaren Vale was the logical choice of region to pursue my dream. Six years down the track, and my heart still lies firmly with these noble varieties. Nothing more..... Nothing less." Tim Burvill - Winemaker
