Intense aromas of blackberries, minerals and cedar, with hints of cigar box. Full-bodied, with a dense tannin structure and rich palate of fruit and minerals. Tight and condensed. This needs lots of bottle age. Tannic. This is built like a brick house. Very powerful for La Serra. Best after 2008. 400 cases made. -JS Wine Spectator
