Robert Reynolds Chardonnay Rocky's Block 2009
This wine has intense pear and grapefruit flavors and light cinnamon spice with an orange and honey finish. It pairs great with fruit salads, roasted chicken and seafood. Robert Reynolds’ vineyards are proof that beautiful wines are within the reach of every budget. "Just call me Rocky!" is your likely response from this down to earth, no holds barred outdoorsman. Rocky, with his cousin & partner Don Reynolds have been involved in Lodi grape growing for over sixty years. Rocky’s desire is that you enjoy a glass with your best friends tonight!
Got this out of the bargain bin in Harris Teeter and need to go back and get the rest. For the price this is nice chardonnay. A little oak, some nice acidity, good white stone fruit, just a decent chard for the middle of the week.
