Robert Mondavi Winery Johannisberg Riesling Monterey County Private Selection 2009
Perfectly functional low-dollar wine. It doesn't taste like apple pie filling, but it definitely appeals to the sweet side.
Easy wine to drink. Easy oak flavors, decent fruit. Pick it up if you want an easy-to-drink Chardonnay!
Way too fruity and rich. Very cheap tasting.
This wine is not as fruity as I had hoped, however, it has more of a spicy taste to it so the complexity of the flavors make this wine unique. It starts off a little bit fruity then finishes with a nice clean, spicy flavor. Different, but not bad. I would try it again down the road.

Plenty of spicy oak in this ripely fruity, basically simple wine. Aromas and flavors veer to tropical fruits and spice; technically, it's dry, but it gives the palate impression of honeyed sweetness. Crisp acidity completes the package.
This wine's creamy, baked apple flavors have a light sweetness, hinting at salted caramels. It's balanced in a soft style, ready to chill for roast chicken.
