- Velvety flavors, full of blackberries, currants and warm spices highlight our Coastal Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes were harvested from vineyards in Californias North Coast appellation. The complex interplay of aromas and flavors in the wine come from these vineyards which are rooted in varied soils. Winemaker Ken Shyvers carefully selects the grapes for our Cabernet to ensure rich, ripe character with soft tannins. This means that you will be enjoying a very approachable wine.
