Our Robert Mondavi Winery Cabernet Sauvignon has deep, expressive aromas and flavors of berry and black currant with nuances of mocha, violets and spice. The fruit envelops an elegant structure with firm, velvety tannins and excellent length. The wine’s personality comes from the soils and climates of vineyards located in the geographic center of Napa Valley. Fermentation with both native and cultured yeast strains gives layers of nuance to the wine, and extended skin contact intensifies varietal complexity and softens tannins. - I had this wine at Maggiano's in Philly on a recommendation and I thought it was wonderful. I'm normally not a fan of really full-bodied wines, but this had a great taste to it, a wonderful aroma, and went very well with my lasagna.

- Outstanding! One of the best wines I've tried. Smooth, velvety, lingures and warms. Great aromas, you can taste the berries and spices. Just a great, great wine.

- A crowd pleaser. This wine doesn't try to do any fancy tricks but is very enjoyable. Tannins are pretty well balanced now, so I'm not sure how this wine would stand up to aging.

- Earthy and deep with black fruit aromas. Palate is full bodied with loads of ripe fruit, some nice spice and warm tannins.
