The 2009 vintage presented us an opportunity to produce very small batches of varietal Semillon – a white variety that is among our personal favorites for its delicacy and fruitiness. It's vinified in the same style as our Pinot Blanc – zero time in oak barrels and no malo-lactic fermentation, which keep the wine focused on its expression of fruit. Limited-production.
