Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

User Reviews for Robert Biale Zinfandel Oak Knoll Aldo's Vineyard

Winemaker's Notes:

From a vineyard planted in 1937 the Bialey Zinfandel Aldo's Vineyard boasts a dense ruby/purple color as well as a big tactile impression with loads of glycerin spice box pepper and heady black cherry raspberry and currant fruit. Full-bodied yet surprisingly well-balanced this is a big chewy pure well-proportioned Zinfandel to drink over the next 4-5 years.
