Food Pairings for Rizzi Chardonnay Langhe DOC
Hand-harvested between late August and early September, the grapes were immediately soft-pressed upon reception at the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation took place over a period of 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. The wine rested in stainless steel tanks for 7 months prior to filtration. It was then bottled and cellared an additional 2 months before being released.
