Food Pairings for River Road Vineyards Chardonnay Sonoma County
I'm not a huge fan of chards, and this one has some flaws that purists may not like, but I like its avoiding beating me over the head with oak planks, especially its slightly bitter taste, not overly so, which balances well what I often find too fruity and saccharine a grape.
