Very elegant Rioja. Powerful nose with the right balance of spice, ripe fruit and wood-notes. Lush taste with greatly balanced structure of tannins and acid - ripe fruit, spice and wood reflects from the nose. Hints of leather and animal notes as well. Drinks very well now but I suspect it will evolve further over the next 6-8 years. Great value - definitely recommended.
