Add your reviewLike the last taster, I feel a bit tentative scoring this because I know so little about Sake. I honestly can't describe the aroma, either. It's like nothing I've smelled before--slightly glycerine, slightly yeasty, slightly reminiscent of beer. A clean, yeasty taste on the tongue, with a relatively full-bodied feel in the mouth. More yeasty, glycerine notes in the flavors. It's good, but probably no something I'd rush out and buy again. Have to learn more about this stuff.
