Riesling Reserve A. Seltz 2009

External Review by Astor Wines & Spirits:

Racy Riesling, is a phrase thrown about too often. It means the Riesling has mineral crisp character to balance its juicy fruit. This Riesling is exactly that. Aromas and flavors of peach blossom struck with brilliant acidity and the plump texture typical of the Alsace region.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
