He works with his brother Thomas on this easy-drinking best buy Riesling, all with grapes from the steep-sloped, slate-infused vineyards flanking the Mosel. Just off-dry, it’s an ideal aperitif to pair with smoked salmon, goat cheese and charcuterie. 2010 was an outstanding vintage in Germany and this succulently delicious white shows it well.
