Ridgeline Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley 2005

Member Review by VegasOenophile:

Mossy, loamy earth on the nose and dark, musty stewed berry. Filled with baking spices and stewed berry compote. A bit overly rustic and out of balance for me. Way too "dirty". - Tasted at Artesa 4/22/10

Four and a half glasses

Tasting Notes:

Focused boysenberry and wild blackberry complimented with abundant spice. Vanilla, clove, dark chocolate and a hint of cedar finely knit together in a seamless wine that has power, sophistication, and complexity. The vibrancy of the fruit and tannin guarantee this wine will continue to improve with age.
