91 points California Grapevine: Medium-dark purplish ruby; attractive, intense, briary, peppery, blackberry fruit aroma; full body; rich, plush, cedary, briary, red and black fruit flavors; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Enjoyable to drink now. Very highly recommended. 14.5% alcohol; 1,250 cases; blended with 4% Petite Sirah; released September 2012. (Oct 2012)
