RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Ruby-red color that leaves legs down the side of the glass. Smells like fruity yet caramel and earth tones too. Nice oak that lingers. I would buy this again. i only paid $7!
Huge fruity cab, rivaling some of the California greats I've had that are between 3 and 5 times the price. Great spice up front but finishes with an incredible balance. Still can't believe this cost me ten bucks.
Lovely nose of roasted earth, rich red berry and some plum and blackberry. Flavors of sweet blackberry, black cherry, loamy earth, hints of spice box and cigar tobacco. Abundant sweet tannins. Great structure and balance with very nice integration of all its elements.
Wow, this was surprising. Very fruit-forward with a huge nose of cinnamon and cherries. But it isn't too jammy or sweet - very nice balance. Nice, long finish. Paid under $10 and it drinks like a $25 bottle.
Very nice. Very nice indeed. Lots of fruit, not jammy, dark fruit, velvety smooth. Bargain. Paid 9, taste like 20.
Hate to rain on the parade... maybe I just got a bad bottle but this wine when I opened it was undrinkable.. It has a terrible dirty nose which also has contaminated the taste of the wine itself.. It also has an unpleasant alcoholic burn as it finishes. This one is a definite thumbs down for me. Paid $10 and I regret every penny. Second day the terrible nose was almost gone but still detectable. This wine is still way too alcoholic and burns on the mid palate and especially on the finish. There are many many many wines under $10 that imo are infinitely more enjoyable than this one. I will not be buying it again and in fact I am pouring the rest of it down the toilet as its not worth the torture of making myself drink it.
Cassis, Ripe dark Fruit. Cocoa. Spice. Great long finish. Nice dusty tannins so prevalent in this region. Could even be cellared as the tannins are up to it, but I always end of drinking it...

95 points Robert Parker: ...100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 100% new French oak. This sensational effort is one of the finest Cabernets made at Martini over the last few decades. It boasts a dense blue/purple hue along with an exceptional perfume of scorched earth/charcoal embers intermixed with creme de cassis, black cherries and dusty, loamy soil undertones. There is a distinctive earthiness to this cuvee as well as fabulously extracted fruit notes, full-bodied power and a rich finish that lasts for 40+ seconds... (Feb 2011)
