Food Pairings for Ricardo Santos Sémillon
my first 2009 vintage wine. This wine is drinking great ASAP. reminds me of a whie bordeaux blend...very terroir driven. I can imagine drinking it on the beach as the nose smells like a sea shell. Paired great with fried perch filets. would probably go good with oysters or shellfish. At $15 I would pay twice that.
